Message of the President

Welcome to the website of IBP Gat Marcelo H. Del Pilar (Bulacan) Chapter

So many projects and projects on queue for our term this 01 April 2011 up to 31 March 2013. So many advocacies we have to attend to and bring to fruition. So many fellowships and camaraderie we have to develop and nurture. So many indigent clients we have to serve. So many tests and challenges we have to pass and hurdle. So many ....

But we are confident that given the wide margin of victory in the elections, your incoming officers can accomplish all of our mission, vision, goals and aspirations for the success of the Chapter.

We have launched this website to make the members and non-members fully aware of the existence of the Chapter. In this way, we hope to inspire the members to participate, be involved , share their experience, criticize, challenge us to give that extra mile for the service of Chapter and the members.

This website will provide the needed information and empower the members. Not so much of the photo-ops but equip them with laws, jurisprudence and relevant materials they rightly deserve in the legal practice.

The Chapter owes a lot of gratitude to Atty. Aristeo "Toots" Cruz, the successful, accomplished self-made man, intelligent, visionary, generous, compassionate and compleat Dean of the Meycauayan College for the assured success of this website. He unselfishly committed the resources of the College by commissioning the students enrolled in Computer Science to render on the job training (OJT) at the IBP Office.
